Paul phoned before hand with an estimated time of arrival, he arrived when he said he would in a marked van with clean walkers uniform.
He diagnosed the problem straight away fitted new part.
Paul was very thorough and efficient making sure my boiler repaired.
Having been a plumber for many years I was amazed that I learnt something new, Paul is very knowledgeable engineer.
