Engineer Paul contacted me prior to arriving shortly afterwords
He looked at my leaking boiler and knew what parts were needed without opening boiler. He replaced faulty parts and tested making sure repaired. He then advised me how best to work system, Paul is a very knowledgeable and efficient engineer and is a credit to his company
