Had two new front tyres fitted. Noticed one of them was completely flat a few days later. Got them to check and turns out not one, but both newly fitted tyres had been fitted incorrectly, and had a rip in each as a consequence. They took tyres off and resealed them, also checked wheels for damage. Lucky I had no damage to wheel after running it without air. Guy who changed the tyres seemed efficient and when I asked if this has happened before, he said it had "happened a couple of times" before. Had similar experience with Halfords on a prior occasion.
