My experience has been average, especially in the communication part. It is as if I just bought an application to learn English online, which is not worth it for the price I pay. I only get one complimentary class or social club per week maximum. This is not enough for me to progress as I want. Moreover, the only session you get must be booked 6 days ahead which is difficult for someone that has a hectic schedule. Please work on these points. Thank you.
