Just bought a reproduction Swan chair which was described several times on their website as being made of leather. It turns out the chair is in fact plastic, and quite clearly labelled so. It's also of very poor quality for £995. Can this be a genuine mistake on their part, or was it deliberate misrepresentation? I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure, and I hope my complaint to Trading Standards will lead to criminal charges. How many other customers have they ripped off like this?
