The bed is beautiful and easy to use. Even my elderly mother, with her arthritis, can easily raise and lower it. Her grandson sleeps in it at least one night a week and he has no complaints (he's a teen - if there was something to complain about, he would)
We got white glove delivery, and except for not unboxing and removing all packaging, it went very smoothly. The bed was easy to put together and clear how to secure it to the wall.
