Overall this Wallbed is solid, well-designed, and easy to use. I'm really happy with how it turned out. My only complaint is the unfinished kit requires you to iron on the edge veneer which is a huge PITA. Otherwise, my hesitation buying online without seeing one in person and not knowing the actual quality of plywood etc. were non-issues. Wood was good quality, perfectly cut to length, instructions were clear, and all the hardware was complete (even a few extras). I'm very happy!
