So far five stars based on product quality. Will actually use for the first time over the Christmas holidays. It's now after Christmas and several visitors have used our wall bed. They all report that it (a queen size) is very comfortable and pleasant. The bed is in my study and I am very pleased with its compactness and the excellent quality of the cabinetry (matching bookshelves). I am a woodworker and can attest to the build and finish quality of my unit. I highly recommend Widling Wallbeds. By the way, the shipping and local delivery processes worked smoothly and on schedule.
