Delivery was in the time expected. The Queen model I ordered had a very bad manual included. Online site had an excellent, updated manual. I had one quality issue that required a tool to fix. Customer service is responsive. Unit is sturdy and works as described. Adjusting the spring tension is a bit of a problem - takes some tool skill & strength to set the springs.
