My package was missing the center rail. So I gave them a call.was not waiting on the phone long.I was transferred ver to a lovely woman named jody.she for my invoice number.I completely forgot password to my email. Somehow she was able to find my order from the date I bought it and name.just unbelievable sweet and patient with me on the phone.I was told it be sent a me day and emailed me following up.miss Jody needs a raise with how fast ,efficient and kind she is.the next bed frame will have to be from wilding wall beds.
