We ordered a King Size Remington spring lift bed, along with a pair of 24" Wardrobe/3-drawer cabinets for each side. Also ordered 2 each double bunk beds with piston lift. Chose to pay for the Platinum delivery package because the bunk beds went upstairs and the king bed went downstairs. The delivery guys were a contracted outfit - they told me they would only deliver to the garage but I called their bluff so they laughed it off and delivered to the rooms as agreed. I am reasonably handy; the king unit took me most of a day to assemble & install, as did the pair of double bunks. They are a bit complex, so expect to read the instructions! We love these units! They are built quite well, they operate smoothly, the look really great, and they sleep well (we bought higher-end mattresses). It is so nice to fold them out of the way. They are an investment, but our guests really love these beds, so we feel the price is justified. We highly recommend these beds!
