The data is incredibly unreliable, which is normal. No one can give GOOD RELIABLE data on the market. So, where's the issue? The issue is that the data the way they present it is just plain bad. And they're VERY aware. Any company that stands behind their product will HELP you with your payment/subscriptions. Walletinvestor? No. You cancel an hour too late? Too bad. Their company revenue comes from forgetful people. Not from them having a good product, and they know this. This is EXACTLY why they will refuse to help you in any way whatsoever when it comes with payment inquiries. They even stop responding to emails. This company is an absolute scam, there's plenty good alternatives, I'd argue even robinhood's customer support right now is better than Walletinvestor's, and that's just sad. Edit: TO CLARIFY: I want to mention this before they respond with blatant lies like they do with other reviews. Yes, I cancelled an hour too late, after it had already been charged. Technically I am at fault, but despite that they made no effort to resolve the issue and basically said 'No refunds, our money now, bye'. I gave them 48 hours to respond (as it states on their websites, to give them 48 hours). This was on March 1st. It's now march 8th, will no response from them.
