Even if you cancel the subscription on the same day they charge your credit card (forgot I even had the service since I wasn't using it) they will not refund you. They have an out that once charged you cannot cancel. If they were confident as a company of their product, they would allow you some warning before the renewal date. BUYER BEWARE.
