Somehow, they signed me up for yearly recurring billing and I wasn't aware. The charge came through and i immediately called them up to reverse and cancel it. They would not budge at all. They care about your money, not about their service. I wasn't interested in the servie anymore as i found it not very accurate or relevant. I have since filed a complaint with paypal and the BBB for their practices
