Perhaps change to walletgrabber.com. I made the mistake of giving them my credit card in 2021, whether through a trial, or not. I was charged for a premium subscription for three years. I caught this by checking my bank statement. I discovered the notification in my spam folder. Yep, sure enough, a notice in the spam folder followed by an annual charge. I sent a notice to them that I did not want to keep paying, and to please cancel and refund the money. The only response was a "We are sorry you cancelled. Tell us how you can make our business better." Also, your subscription runs out in 2024. No response after that. I requested a refund with the cancellation. No response. I disputed with the credit card company, and no response there, either. Bottom line: three years being charged and no end in sight. It is my fault for signing up in the first place. UPDATE: They sent a lame response that I did not request within 30 days. They billed on March 4, and I forwarded them an email on March 6 that I wanted my money back. That is TWO DAYS, well within the 30 days! I would upload pictures if there was a way!
