I had a 1 year subscription with them last yeat but after 2 months found the data untradeable the tickers were often inaccurate and pricing way out of date. On the 1st of February 2024 iI had an indication that another years subcription would be taken from my card the item was pending. I asked them to cancel it immedialey and remove me from any subscriptions. However they still took payment despite the site saying cancelled and also indicating that they will take another payment next year. I have written to them a dozen times and they refuse to reply. I have never come across such behaviour from any data providor before and will have no choice but to cancel my credit card to stop this rogue behaviour.
