I ordered a product from WALSER. It came very quickly and unfortunately I did not like it so I decided to return it. As I had to return it to Germany there were very understanding with postal expenses and I greatly appreciated their customer support. Now I am waiting to get the merchandise reimbursed and I am convinced that all will go smoothly.
