My opinion,
Avoid, Avoid ,Avoid.
Impossible agents, they get you jumping through hoops.
They treat you like you are making a fraudulent claim.
Waste of my money, regret giving them my money, bunch of clever money extractors.
Best pay a bit more and actually get some proper service.
Looking at other reviews I am not the only one.
You've been warned.
