Bought a used Kia Sportage in July. Tyre started to deflate a week after and had it checked by ATS. Had a faulty valve replaced but a couple of weeks later found tyre losing pressure still so checked it again. It had a pinhole in it. Kia said not their problem so I had to repace tyre at 190 pounds. After leaving several messages for Kia’s manager to call me back I finally got him after 3rd attempt. His argument was that I could have picked up pin after driving out of their showroom. My argument is it could have already been there when I bought it. I am now 190 pounds out of pocket after paying 29,000 for the car. No one can prove what happened but whatever happened to “customer care and satisfaction”. Needless to say I am not impressed with Kia Warwick’s inability to return customers messages or to simply replace a tyre which, I am sure, would not cost them 190 pounds.
