The original ordering was fine but when trying to organise an exchange of skips although the online home page directed me to my account page there was no box to click on & trying to speak to someone in person took ages. I was then told to order a new skip and although the dates were incorrect they would be changed along with detailing it was infact an exchange required. But this didn't happen and was collected a day late with no mention of an exchange but eventually the driver sorted the problem.
