Arrived late on Friday said it was arriving between 8am-12:30 requested to work a late shift so had to ask neighbour to keep a look out, when rang was told no eta was given (I had two emails with eta on!)
Had an email at 8:30 am on Monday 20 April stating they would collect the skip between 12pm - 5pm 2 days later the date is 22nd April and said skip is still sat outside my house!!!
