In the beginning they were very good and help full but when we ordered a 2nd skip, we were charged a bit extra but they said they would refund the difference but that never happened. Then our second skip was collected 3 days earlier than arranged very early in the morning. When we found out we tried to contact them but no joy so we left a message for them to ring us back but they never did - not happy AT ALL.
WOW. Straight after my review (above). They got in touch and I spoke to Gareth (a manager) and sorted everything out for me in a matter of moments. Got my refund and he also got another skip sent round so we could get rid of our remaining rubbish. So all sorted the wife and I are now very happy bunnies and look forward to using WasteOnALine again in the future. And a BIG THANK YOU to Gareth for sorting it out. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 👍🏼
