The service provided by WasteOnline was excellent and the website was very easy to navigate. Customer service was brilliant when I had to change the size of my skip which was my fault and sorted out with no issues. My only worry was (and not directed at WasteOnline) was that when the skip turned up, it had obviously seen better days and had holes in it and I was a bit concerned that when it was collected, that the bottom would fall out of it. Thankfully this didn't happen but it did worry me as I was filling it up! I would definitely recommend WasteOnline to anybody looking for a very competitively priced skip and excellent customer service. Thank you!
