I know it is the covid period however I am a nurse. I asked twice for a call back before skip arrived did not receive. Then when I wanted to return early You sent me a delivery date. I responded that It was for pick up and please call my husband but you sent a text he took the time off work.
Very poor communication. I since find local firms were cheaper and from my experience communication would likely to be better. Very disaapointed
