Skip was delivered on the right day but has not been collected on time and is now getting ridiculous. We are in the process of moving house and are now at risk of a skip blocking the drive on moving day. The company / skip providers don’t seem to understand the urgency of the situation and can’t seem to allocate anyone to pick up the skip, despite us getting a message from wasteonline that the skip should have been collected 3 days ago. Clearly wasteonline don’t manage the suppliers well.
No phone number to call to resolve issues, you have to resort to an online chat system. Poor communication, poor service, lack of resolution/urgency in this situation, all for the ‘small’ fee of £200.
Do not use this company.
