The service provided was excellent with drop off and pick up on time.
My only issue is that customer notification for drop off could be more timely. I received notification of drop off at 8:30am, an hour after the actual drop off had taken place. I t should also be possible to provide more precise time slots than between 7:30am and 7pm.
