Easy to use when ordering on the website, however once order is placed you have to do everything online and the selections don’t always work! I couldn’t change my collection date or book an exchange on my online account! Tried to ring and was told to go to online chat which kept cutting off! Just a lot of messing about when a phone call would have been easier
