It was easy to order the skip online and pay securely. Communication was good, mainly via email and also text messages on the delivery and collection dates. The only issue was the text messages indicated the skip delivery and collection had to be signed for in person and there was nobody at the address at the time. However, after using the online chat facility on the website it was confirmed that this was not required due to current social distancing requirements.
