Initial booking process was very clear and straight forward to do. The Customer Support people were great, especially in their desire to meet customer needs and expectations, even when those needs changed at short notice. On the actual day of the originally agreed collection date, customer services at WasteOnline responded very quickly to my request to extend the date by 4 days and made it happen without any issue at all. A fair priced and very reliable service. I would personally recommend this Company and it's customer services team to anyone else and I will certainly use them again when the need arises. Thx
