You think you are signing up to an agreement that your company will honor however even though you agree a date for collection the Company seems to please itself when it makes the collection. You are given wrong information about when the collection will be made and you find yourself hanging around for a lorry that never arrives. When the lorry does arrive you find the driver is not confident about reversing into your property so he makes up a story that your skip is overloaded and unsafe. You are left with a skip for a further two days after it threatens you with a further charge before closing for the weekend. It appears to ignore its own terms and conditions, which are hidden away on the website, as within paragraph 6.5 of the conditions where an event occurs and the collection cannot be made on the agreed date a new date should be agreed and the customer informed. Of course none of this happened as the Company can break its terms and conditions without any financial recourse but is onto the customer for extra money when they think there is a breach. I would not recommend this Company to anyone nor will I use it again.
