Price reasonable, delivery of skip ok. Text regarding skip delivery time arrived after the skip.
I arranged with the the skip company to change the collection date, they had not been given any date at that point. The skip was then attempted to be collected on the original date (driver stating it should have been the previous day). Driver contacted office to verify new collection date. Wasteonline then immediately contacted myself stating I had refused collection and I might have to pay a fee - which was obviously wrong. Eventually sorted out and skip collected on correct date. Again texts arrived after both skip collection times. If I hadn’t been at home then the skip would have been removed prior to me being notified
