Skip delivery didn't happen until two days after the date specified on the confirmation email, and only then because I'd phoned on the second day. Skip was due to be collected 2 days ago and I'm still waiting for that to happen. Technically that's still within the 72hrs leeway that they advise, hence I've not rated as very poor. The only reason I've been so generous as to give a 3-star rating is that the lady who dealt with my call to enquire about the delivery delay accepted it was their admin error straight away and called suppliers to ensure I had a skip for 0730 the following day. So, great customer service, but only in response to a failure in customer service!
