Skip was guaranteed as a next day. I ordered skip on a Friday morning expecting it to be delivered on Monday. It didn’t turn up till Tuesday afternoon. This was all due to traffic apparently (I did receive 10% credit for this inconvenience). Skip was then due to be collected on Friday AM, it was picked up at 3:30 on Friday afternoon. Timeframes are poor and there is little to no control on when the skips will be picked up, will go direct to the skip companies next time. Online chat was good although talking to a person on the phone is always 100% better.
