Really impressive service and very quick delivery- only let down by the product itself
At a substantial outlay of over £80 (including posting) the strap is too long to fit me properly even on the tightest position
Guide says it fits wrists up to 7.25" - I'm 7" exactly so if anything it should be on the tighter side....
Don't think there is anti can do to rectify/shorten strap either 😭
