Please think twice about this place if you are looking for palliative care for a loved one. The management and unfortunately many of the nurses are void of any compassion or care, often rude, careless and frankly should be removed from an end of life nursing environment... The food can only be described as terrible at best, left to go dry and cold most days. I guess if you need supported living then this place could work, most carer’s are good and domestic staff were excellent as the home did seem clean. But for us we were promised palliative care and this was not provided. That said Jose, Raluca, Dorothea and Luba provided good care for my Mum. Basically all the gear but no idea!
