This is exactly how online shopping should be. I received an email within minutes of submitting my order which explained the company ethos (how they are worried about climate change and the state of the ocean so they are being as green and sustainable as possible and how they use recycled packaging etc.) and how the order would be processed. I received several more emails that included updates and tracking numbers, all of which is extremely helpful. I could not rate them more highly!
