I needed a buoyancy aid last minute for bank holiday weekend. I ordered one with next day delivery. Once paid and ordered I realised that I had ordered the wrong size (My error not theirs). I emailed that evening to explain and needed a different size in the hope they’d see my email. First thing in the morning, I received a reply saying my order had been changed/adapted and it was en route to shipment. Excellent customer service and so easy! I wish more places were as thorough. Safe to say, my correctly sized buoyancy aid was delivered the next day. Thanks a lot!
