It was an excellent service and I genuinely would recommend this company. I am really pleased with the product, a neoprene swimming costume. I was also surprised with the ease of buying it, and was amazed and delighted it arrived so quickly. Everything went flawlessly. I was particularly impressed by the way the company communicated every step of the way and sounded convincingly human. The only thing I would say is that that characteristic only made itself obvious some way through the buying process not at the very, very beginning. Had I been only browsing I don't think I would have discerned that this was a company that was different to most of the others, which I think it is, and I don't think I would have done a long browse. For me this is the first most important thing, ie, what kind of a company it is, and do I trust it. I think this should be addressed. You did brilliantly as far as I was concerned.
