I bought my daughter some wet suit socks. They arrived well packaged and promptly. Unfortunately when she opened them on Christmas Day I had chosen the wrong sort and the ones she wanted were out of stock. I asked for a refund by email and this was dealt with efficiently and without hassle. I highly recommend this company - very impressed.
