Water sports have been extremely approachable. I purchased dive boots which were the wrong size for a Christmas gift. All other sizes were sold out, but they said that they may have new stock after Christmas. I returned the boots and they were very quick to do my exchange.
I had phone calls and several emails from the company over this time, always understanding and helpful.
I really rate this company.
