They have not yet turned up.
Not likely to be your fault, more likely Royal Mail.
But the response so far has been pretty weak. Advised to search the neighbourhood for the package.
1 week after delivery didn't arrive, an email to say Royal mail are investigating.
No eta, on when I'll receive what I've paid for.
In my case the items weren't urgently needed, I would have been quite angry with this response if they had been.
