I needed some small clips that attached the strap to a face mask. They’re not normally available from the manufacturer. I contacted Watersports Warehouse and received a reply from Julie. It took a number of emails and images to confirm the correct part, the level of effort that Julie put into helping me was way beyond the value of the parts and also beyond the level of service normally found here in the UK.
