Hi,
I bought a pair of shoes for sailing. I was aware at the time of purchase that the size range was limited. The shoes were too small and so I telephoned to arrange the return. I asked the availability of the larger size and there were just two left. One pair was put aside until I returned the other pair.
This was good customer service. I had considered buying them and just waiting on the refund of the other pair. The actions of the staff saved me addition expense ie postage and packing and I got the right size. So thank you very much.
