Incredibly good service!! I am almost speechless in admiration of the service I received as a first time customer. We're heading off on holiday soon and of course I left everything to the last minute when i discovered the loss of my face mask with prescription lens. I found Watersports Warehouse via the internet, called them and spoke to Michelle (I hope I have remembered the name correctly). She was extremely helpful guiding me through the options available to me and a little later I placed the order online. That was early afternoon on Friday 11th. Given our imminent departure I paid extra for the express delivery which I thought would arrive middle of the following week. Instead it arrived the following day!! And with the prescription loess fitted for me!!! So yes, no hesitation in providing this review and giving a 5-star rating. A really great example of customer service - thanks Michelle et al.
