Very friendly and communicative, before, during and after placing my order and your delivery. I have yet to receive the book I ordered because you don't deliver abroad and my UK-friend will hand it over to me. I sincerely hope you sent the recent edition, as I asked, but I fully trust in your promise to send me the most recent one.
