I purchased a 5/4/3 wet suit after speaking to a nice lady and getting advice. I didn't realise the different manufacturers had different sizing charts and ordered the wrong size ! The process of returns and sending out new suit was smooth and effecient and the staff were great. Had another little issue with replacement/correct suit but again nothing was too much trouble and I now have the suit. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff, which was very refreshing. Can only give 5 stars and thoroughly recommend. ;@)
