When I phoned for advice on sizing the guy I spoke to was really nice & friendly and really informative. Thankyou I ordered two wetsuits for sizing and this was perfect for me the returns and trying on procedure was explained fully . When I phoned for a return code I found the lady I spoke to very curt and bordering on rude about the gloves ! shame really . I know we are in difficult times and returning goods is stressful for the retailer but it’s pretty stressful for the buyer too Mine should reach you in perfect condition as I was super careful. Although I couldn’t find one pair of gloves as I was told to return both , sorry about that . Thanks again
