When I first visited I was not aware that the shop was only open for collection of orders. I also needed advice about the wetsuit. It was raining heavily on the day. I was not allowed in the shop for the duration of the 5 minute conversation with the employee, despite the fact that I had my face mask with me. The employee was wearing a visor. By the end I was drenched, I felt that this was very rude. I visited the website looking for snorkelling gear. Most of the combinations that were on offer were not available for my size. I could not find the combo items to order individually and this limited the available choice. The process is quick when you know find the items that you want, and the prices are good
