I have amended my review now to reflect that the delivery delays I experienced have now been resolved and I have to admit that the problems that I had experienced are nothing to do with Watersports Warehouse. I still do not know why I could not get in touch with them when I needed to, but when I left my first, bad, review (which may be overwritten by this one), they contacted me immediately and the issues were resolved. My issues were actually down to the post office, rather than Watersports Warehouse. So thank you for your help in this matter.
