I bought a medium size rash vest to wear over a swimsuit as extra protection for open water swimming. I was kept up to date wiht the order, it was delivered to time and I def noted added core warmth during my last swim. Regarding size I am a standard size 12 and the medium is a snug fit which is necessary to ensure added protection. I may even wear it under wet suit in the winter!
